Terms of service
Thank you for shopping with Zenith Blades. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Return Period You may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund but may offer a replacement under our warranty policy.
2. Return Eligibility We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect
- The item is unused and in its original packaging with all accessories included
- Items that show signs of use, sharpening, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return
- Final sale items are not eligible for return or refund
3. How to Initiate a Return Contact us at support@zenithblades.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the item if it arrived damaged or defective. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with next steps.
4. Return Shipping
- If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect: we cover return shipping at no cost to you
- If the return is for any other reason (change of mind, ordered wrong item, etc.): the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit
5. Refunds & Replacements
- If your item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect within 30 days: you may choose between a full refund or a free replacement
- If you are returning for any other reason (change of mind, etc.): a refund will be issued after we receive and inspect the item
- After 30 days, defective items are covered under our warranty policy (see Section 8) and are eligible for a replacement only
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval
6. No Restocking Fees We do not charge any restocking fees.
7. Exchanges We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please request a return for a refund and place a new order.
8. Product Warranty All Zenith Blades Damascus knives are backed by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This includes:
- Blade cracking or warping under normal use
- Handle separating from the blade under normal use
- Premature rusting due to material defects
This warranty does NOT cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, dropping, or improper care
- Damage from dishwasher use (hand wash only)
- Normal wear and tear
- Using the knife for unintended purposes (e.g., cutting bones, prying)
To make a warranty claim, contact us at support@zenithblades.com with your order number and clear photos of the defect. Approved warranty claims will receive a free replacement.
9. Care & Liability
- Hand wash only — Damascus steel knives should never be placed in a dishwasher
- Dry immediately after washing to prevent moisture damage
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking confirms delivery
- Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the item
10. Updates to This Policy We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted on this page. If substantial changes are made, we may notify customers via email or notice on the website.
