Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with Zenith Blades. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following policy carefully. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Return Period You may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery for a full refund or replacement. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund, but defective items may still be covered under our 1-year warranty policy.
2. What's Eligible for Return We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect
- The item is unused and in its original packaging with all accessories included
- Items that show signs of use, sharpening, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return
- Final sale items are not eligible for return or refund
3. How to Initiate a Return Contact us at support@zenithblades.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item if it arrived damaged or defective
Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with next steps.
4. Return Shipping
- If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect: we cover return shipping at no cost to you
- If the return is for any other reason (change of mind, ordered wrong item, etc.): the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit
5. Refunds & Replacements
- If your item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect within 30 days: you may choose between a full refund or a free replacement
- If you are returning for any other reason: a refund will be issued after we receive and inspect the item
- After 30 days, defective items are eligible for a replacement only under our warranty policy
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or card provider
6. No Restocking Fees We do not charge any restocking fees. No additional fees are deducted beyond the product cost, except return shipping if the item is not eligible for free return shipping.
7. Exchanges We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different product (size, color, or style), please request a return for a refund and place a new order.
8. 1-Year Warranty All Zenith Blades Damascus knives are backed by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, including:
- Blade cracking or warping under normal use
- Handle separating from the blade under normal use
- Premature rusting due to material defects
This warranty does NOT cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, dropping, or improper care
- Damage from dishwasher use (hand wash only)
- Normal wear and tear
- Using the knife for unintended purposes (e.g., cutting bones, prying)
To make a warranty claim, contact us at support@zenithblades.com with your order number and clear photos of the defect. Approved warranty claims will receive a free replacement.
9. Damaged Items Upon Arrival If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately at support@zenithblades.com with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
10. Liability Limitation
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking confirms delivery
- Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the item
11. Updates to This Policy We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. The most current version will always be posted on this page. If substantial changes are made, we may notify customers via email or notice on the website.
